I am an author of the OECD's Developing Skills for Digital Government, the definitive paper on digital skills in public administration. At the OECD I advised 15+ governments on skills and digital transformation, and my work has shaped learning for more than 100 million people.
More recently, I led the world's largest practical AI community at Mindstone, designing and delivering 20+ AI demos and workshops, including for leadership teams at The Home Depot, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and the Pritzker Organisation. I am an Adjunct Professor at ISEP, Paris's top school for software engineers, and I have delivered lectures and AI demos at Harvard, Kedge, Pycon, Vivatech and SMAU, among others.
